Delivery Timeline

We offer pan-India shipping, with delivery within 4–7 working days after dispatch.

Payment Mode

All orders are prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), ensuring a seamless and secure shopping experience.

Shipping Charges

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India.

International Shipping

Currently, DREMM does not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Shipping Details & Address Modification

Kindly ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

DREMM is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

Requests for changes in the delivery address must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once dispatched, changes cannot be accommodated.

In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be applicable.

Damaged or Lost Packages & Unboxing Video

In case your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant proof.

We will assist you in resolving the issue.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims regarding missing or damaged items.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
